Established in 2004 by Mrs. Joyce Fasula in loving memory of her husband, Neal Fasula (class of 1969). This scholarship is awarded to employees of Gerrity's Supermarkets or their dependent children.

The scholarship shall be awarded to any qualified, full-time student as determined by the University's Office of Financial Aid based on the following criteria:

1. The scholarship may be need or merit-based.

2. The scholarship may be awarded annually to an employee(s) who has been employed at Gerrity's Supermarkets for at least 12 consecutive months and for a minimum of 750 hours annually, or to a dependent child (children) (up to age 23) of an employee who has been employed at Gerrity's Supermarkets for at least 5 years and for a minimum of 1,250 hours annually. Gerrity's Supermarkets will certify the eligibility of each candidate each year.

3. No more than four scholarships will be awarded in any given year.
