Our History
Gerrity’s Supermarkets first appeared in the Scranton area in 1895. The idea of quality and service in a friendly atmosphere was built by two generations of the Gerrity Family and is now carried on by two generations of the Fasula family. Gerrity’s Supermarkets has progressed from a small meat market of 1 store to a large supermarket chain with 10 stores located throughout Lackawanna, Luzerne and Northampton Counties.
